Peaceful Separations provides competent and complete, attorney reviewed legal documents for all of Washington. We are NOT a "divorce kit" company. All documents are created by our staff specifically for your case and custom tailored to your needs. We don't make you type or file any of your own court documents.

Services We Provide For Our Domestic Law Clients:
We file in Lincoln County, this eliminates the need to make a court appearance. Anyone who lives in Washington may use Lincoln County.
All documents are reviewed by our in-house attorney.
We include one free revision of any of your documents, if needed.
Our fees include all document preparation, all mailing costs and free in-office notarizing. A copy of each set of documents is provided for both the petitioner and the respondent. Court filing fees and real estate document recording fees are extra.
Documents can be completed within two business days.
What We Cannot Do For Our Domestic Law Clients:
The paralegals may not provide legal advice. We would be happy to refer you to Mr. Studdard, our supervising attorney, or to another attorney, for legal advice.
We do not represent anyone in your case. Our job is to create your documents and we will answer questions from both sides in your case.
In divorce cases, we do not provide service of process outside of the office.
We will not engage in unlawful activity or create documents that we know to be fraudulent or false in nature.
We do not record your real estate documents with the county auditor for you. Clients must do this themselves. However, we will provide written instructions on how to accomplish this task when the divorce is final.
Services We Provide For Our Estate Clients:
We provide you with the originals and two sets of copies of all your estate documents.
We include one free revision of any of your documents.
Our fees include all document preparation, all mailing costs or free in-office witness signing and notarizing.
Documents can be completed within 48-hours.
What We Cannot Do For Our Estate Clients:
We do not provide legal advice. We would be happy to refer you to an attorney for legal advice.
We do not create Trusts for our clients.
We will not engage in unlawful activity or create documents that we know to be fraudulent or false in nature.
For Supervised Visitations:
The hourly rate is $30 per hour for Monday through Friday visitations and $50 per hour for Saturday visitations. Visitation supervision is not available on Sunday.
The hourly fee includes a brief written report for each party to the case after every visitation.
Visitations are in Snohomish County only and take place either in your home or in a public location such as a park, Alderwood or Everett Malls, the Children's Museum, etc.
